Protože se zde na webu neustále opakují dotazi na diagnostiku vozů Mitsubishi tak jsem Vám napsal český návod jak na to.

 Konektor OBD I

Samodiagnostika vozu a čtení kódů je tak jednoduché, že ho zvládne úplně každý. V domácích podmínkách bez kabelu a interface k PC nebo Palmu je nejjednodušší použít analogový voltmetr (ten s ručičkou ne digital s displayem) nebo místo voltmetru připojit led diodu s odporem. Diagnostika se provádí při zapnutém klíčku zapalování (poloha kdy svítí kontrolky na palubovce) tím, že se připojí voltmetr nebo dioda do obd konektoru (viz obrázky níže) a podle výkyvu ručičky voltmetru popř. blikání diody se čtou kody (viz tabulka kodu). Kódy jsou dvoumístné s tím že počet dlouhých výkyvů voltmetru (dlouhý blik diody) udává první číslo kódu počet krátkých druhé číslo kódu.

Příklad : 1 dlohý a následují dva krátké znamená číslo dvanáct (výkyvy popř blikání se opakuje dokola) pokud je vše bez závad tak  je signál dokola se opakující krátké pulzy bez dlouhých

Konektor OBD II

Vše stejné s tím rozdílem, že kód se skládá ze třech skupin krátkých pulzů jejichž počet je číslice a jsou odděleny pauzou
